At the end of the dreadful 2020 I decided to start ditching extra body weight that I've been carrying around for almost a decade. After trying every fad diet and expensive meal plan on the planet, I decided to give the old fashioned way of healthy eating and exercise a chance.
I've realized along the way that losing weight is about so much more than just losing weight. I have discovered new ways to move my body, new ways of thinking about food, and new ways of appreciating exactly who I am at this moment. Basically, I am in the process of a full body rehab!
Whether you’re already on a health and fitness journey, or you've just started thinking about one, the goal of Body Rehab is to offer the support, resources, and encouragement you need.
The closer I get to reaching my goals, the more passionate I feel about bringing others, with the same or similar goals, along with me! You don’t have to be a fitness guru or nutrition expert to have a seat at the table. Body Rehab is about empowering each other as we find our way.
